Enrollments & Trials

How do I enroll?

You can enroll online through our website by completing the enrollment form. Once submitted, you will receive confirmation and further information via email.

Can my child try a class first?

Yes! We offer trial classes where spots are available so students can see if the class is the right fit before enrolling.

Can students join mid-term?

Absolutely. New students are welcome to join throughout the term where places are available.

What age groups do you offer?

We offer classes for:

Mini (18 months–4 years)

Tiny (3-6 years)

Junior (7-9 years)

Youth (10-12 years)

Teen (13-17 years)

     Open (18+ years)

Classes

What should students wear to class?

Students should wear comfortable dance or activewear that allows easy movement. Students are required to wear black jazz shoes. 

Do students need the Evergreen uniform?

Uniform merchandise is encouraged and will be available to purchase through Worklocker, however students may initially wear suitable activewear.

What dance styles do you teach?

Classes may include:

Are boys welcome?

Absolutely! Evergreen Dance Studio welcomes dancers of all genders and experience levels.

Which class should I choose for my 3-4 year old? Mini or Tiny?

Feel free to contact Evergreen Dance Studio via email or phone if you would like help choosing the best class for your child.

Generally, we suggest:

• Mini Classes for children who may still benefit from parent support, are newer to group activities, or would feel more comfortable with a parent/carer participating alongside them.

• Tiny Classes for children who are ready to participate more independently in a structured class environment without a parent/carer present.

Every child develops differently, and we are always happy to help guide you toward the class that will best support your child’s confidence, enjoyment and success.

Mini Classes

Does a parent stay during Mini classes?

Yes. Our Mini classes are parent/carer participation classes, meaning a parent or caregiver is required to stay and actively participate throughout the lesson.

What age are Mini classes for?

Mini classes are designed for children aged approximately 18 months to 4 years.

What happens in Mini classes?

Mini classes focus on:

Movement

Coordination

Music and rhythm

Confidence

Imagination

Social skills 

Concerts & Performances

Do students perform in concerts?

Yes! Students will have opportunities to perform in our Mid-Year Showcase and End of Year Concert.

Are costumes required?

Yes, concert costumes are required for performances. Information regarding costumes and pricing will be communicated throughout the year.

Are parents allowed backstage?

For younger students, one parent/guardian will be permitted backstage for collection purposes following performances. 

Fees & Payments

How are fees paid?

Invoices are generally issued electronically via email and can be paid online via bank transfer.

Do you offer refunds for missed classes?

Missed classes are generally non-refundable; however, please contact us if there are exceptional circumstances.

Are there sibling discounts?

Yes, eligible students where two or more siblings are enrolled for the term, will receive a 5% discount on tuition fees.
